There’s something special about being trusted to help visually tell the next chapter of a brand and this session with Crawford Street Skincare was exactly that. This shoot marked a full rebrand for the Toronto based company (eek pinch me moment), and I truly couldn’t be more proud of the work we created together. From thoughtful product styling to capturing the clean, elevated feel behind their new direction, every detail was intentional in showcasing their brand.

Paige and Derek’s downtown wedding was the perfect blend of timeless elegance and heartfelt celebration. The couple began their day with friends and laughter, a first look in a beautiful studio space in downtown Calgary and a ceremony at the Brownstone. It was a perfect celebration with their closest loved ones.

One of my favourite things about lifestyle newborn sessions is that they take place in the comfort of your own home. There is something incredibly special about documenting those early days right where your family is settling into this new chapter together. Best part? You don’t have to pack up the family and hit the road.

Some sessions feel extra special, and this one is definitely one of them. Rhean + Scott are dear friends of mine, and getting to document their family over the years has been such a meaningful part of my work. I first photographed Rhean and Scott during their engagement session, then their wedding day, and now I have the joy of capturing their family as it grows with these adorable little boys.

I recently had the opportunity to photograph Adrienne for an updated set of branding headshots for her psychology practice. Branding sessions like this are always so much fun because they allow professionals to show a bit more personality while still creating polished, professional images for their business. Adrienne wanted images that felt warm, approachable and authentic - something that would help potential clients feel comfortable before stepping into her office.

Meeting sweet Sully and his family was such a joy. Walking into their home felt like stepping into a dream—beautiful natural light and thoughtful details that made the space feel so warm and inviting. Sully’s mom, Miranda (yes, another Miranda—how cool is that?), and I hit it off instantly at her maternity session. I love when families bring their personality into their newborn session, and this one had so many little details that made it special—from the dreamy older brother bond to the sweetest moments between Sully and the family pup.

These showhome perfectly reflects their commitment to craftsmanship, timeless design, and creating spaces meant to be lived in and loved for years to come. The goal is not to look perfectly styled — it’s simply to look like yourselves while keeping things visually cohesive. Here are a few simple tips that help families look great in photos without overthinking it.

Alexis and Evan’s June wedding was one of those days that just felt easy from start to finish. Surrounded by their favourite people and their two adorable boys. The whole day felt relaxed, joyful, and full of love. Their boys were such a special part of the celebration, running around, drinking 7-UP and soaking up every moment alongside their parents.

I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Whitebull Clothing Co for the past four years, documenting the growth of their branding, boutique and the strong connections they focus on. Their commitment to empowering the women who shop the boutique, wear their clothing and support their dream is so inspiring.

This family adventure session was the perfect reminder that the best family photos happen when everyone simply leans into the moment together. With space to explore, laugh, and just be themselves, this session was filled with movement, connection, and genuine joy. I love photographing families this way. They picked the location that meant a lot to their family with the people closest to them.

For the past four years, I’ve had the honour of photographing this beautiful brand as it has grown, evolved, and continued to produce incredible bath products.. From new product launches to seasonal updates and fresh creative ideas, each session feels less like work and more like fun. One of my favourite parts of long-term brand photography is building consistency. Together we’ve created a visual library that reflects who they are. Thoughtful, intentional, and deeply connected to the products they create.

There are parts of my life that feel like “before” and “after.” Before I lost my mom. And everything that has come since. I had been a photographer for years before she died. I understood light. Composition. Emotion. I knew how to capture connection. But grief did something to me that no workshop, no mentorship, no fourteen years behind a camera ever could. It changed what I look for. When you lose someone you love, you start to understand time differently.

This downtown lifestyle newborn session was filled with soft light, quiet cuddles, and that beautiful in-between season where everything feels brand new. Baby Mile’s was sleepy and enjoying all the cuddles during this newborn session. I love photographing families in their own space, their homes but this one felt unique. I love that they wanted to switch things up and do this super cool Calgary city scape location. We focused on connection, love, and the tiny details you never want to forget.

I’m so excited to finally be sharing these images, they are long past due. Winter’s Turkey Farm is a family near and dear to my heart. I grew up just down the road from their farm, and their turkeys have been part of our holiday traditions for as long as I can remember. Getting to document their family and farm since 2020 has been such a full circle gift.

Working with Mo’ Knits for these branding subscription sessions was a joy from start to finish - from capturing the beautiful textures of her handmade pieces to highlighting the warmth and personality behind the brand. These images bring Mo’ Knits’ story to life with how much love and heart she pours into her products. I loved creating imagery that feels authentic, cohesive, and ready to elevate her online presence.

This session was truly one of my dreams come to life. Earlier last year, I shared a few bucket list sessions I hoped to photograph and a homestead session was at the very top of that list. When Lisa reached out to nominate her family, I instantly knew they were the perfect fit. We spent the evening wandering their beautiful property — the place where they garden, keep bees, raise their babies, and build a life rooted in homemade simplicity.

I recently had the opportunity to photograph a branding session for Innova Psychology. Innova Psychology is a Calgary-based practice that recently underwent a rebrand and I was honoured to take their updated headshots. Creating branding imagery for a psychology practice carries a special responsibility, and it was important to me that these photos felt calm, confident, and welcoming for both current and future clients.
