West Country Mills Product Session

West Country Mills is one of those places. A locally owned, Bentley Alberta family-run farm that not only grows their grain but mills it themselves, right on their land. From field to flour, every step is done with love, care, and a whole lot of pride.

When West Country Mills reached out to me, I was so dang grateful. This is the kind of product I’ve been wanting to work with for years, something that just feels like me. Baking, rural routes, good people. The kind of people you don’t think twice about supporting.
