Spring Family Paint Session
Written By Miranda Weston
We laid out a simple white sheet in the middle of tall summer grass, brought out a few soft, earthy tones of paint, and let the rest unfold naturally. What started as careful brush strokes quickly turned into laughter, splattered jeans, paint-covered toes and the kind of joy you can’t script. I love sessions like this — where parents let go, kids lead the way, and everyone leaves a little messier but a whole lot more connected. These are the moments that feel like childhood. Honest, playful, and beautifully imperfect.
