Lisa’s Homestead Family Session

This session was truly one of my dreams come to life. Earlier last year, I shared a few bucket list sessions I hoped to photograph and a homestead session was at the very top of that list. When Lisa reached out to nominate her family, I instantly knew they were the perfect fit.

We spent the evening wandering their beautiful property — the place where they garden, keep bees, raise their babies, and build a life rooted in homemade simplicity. Every corner of their land told a story. The highlight? Climbing into their incredible International Harvester for a little drive through the field.

It was one of those evenings that stays with you long after the camera is put away. I’m completely obsessed with this family and the way they find so much joy in the everyday moments that make up a life well lived.
