We are finally home and settled in after being back a week. I finally got around to editing and going through all the images I took from our trip. We were fortunate enough to spend 2 weeks in Phoenix, which happened to be the two coldest weeks back home. It was a nice treat to be able to go outside and not have to bundle up! We spent a lot of time in the pool, at the park, going for walks, visiting the aquarium, eating our body weight in In&Out Burger and tracking down citrus trees.
Weston was obsessed with the pool, he loved it so much. It was hard to get him out of it once he was in and he started being comfortable on his own in the pool without holding onto us. It was so wonderful to see how much fun he was having.
We visited the White Tank Mountains which is one of my favourite parks to visit in the area. It is so beautiful and has that desert vibe you want to see with Saguaro cactus everywhere. It was a little nerve wracking taking a curious toddler into the desert but we managed without any pokes or injuries.
I tracked down a citrus farm which was such a cool experience. We picked lemons, oranges, white grapefruit and pink grapefruit and it was all so delicious. The smell at the farm was something else, I wish these photographs could take me back to it!
Here’s a mix of my DSLR and iPhone photographs from our trip. I hope you enjoy looking through a recap of our trip – which is all Weston + Darcy. I seriously need a instagram husband because mine is slacking.

Thanks so much for visiting my page! Have a great rest of your Monday 🙂
