I’ve been itching to share this wedding with you all! I love to blog, but seriously weddings can take forever to blog so usually start uploading all the images and then never actually blog it haha. I need to get better at just blogging it right after I deliver the wedding gallery.
James + Joanne are two of the kindest people I’ve met. We instantly connected with each other the first time we met over coffee at Good Earth a few years ago. James + Joanne were referred by a past client/friend of mine. I knew instantly we were a good match for each other the first time we met. We had to reschedule their engagement session about 3 times because the weather was never in our favor. I remember at our initial meeting, they warned me about how awkward they would be during their session. They were the exact opposite and let me tell you, on the wedding day – they nailed it! You would have never known they were camera shy. They even included their pup, Walter in their day and he’s a little model.
Everything about the day was absolutely perfect. A overcast beautiful sky over looking the meadows at Sirocco Golf Club (one of the most beautiful venues, just wait till you see it below). We did a first look across the valley on the patio of Jame’s groomsman’s property and it was so intimate and special with their closest family and friends watching from inside the house. Unfortunately I am not able to share certain wedding party/bridesmaid portraits, but the bridesmaids were stunning as ever in blush gowns and the groomsmen looking daper in black suits. It was pretty windy during their ceremony and thankfully I was able to capture their first kiss before the veil photobombed it. I included the image and its one of my favorite first kiss images EVER!
I wish I could share every portrait from the day because it was so emotional and every detail was so thought out but you would be scrolling forever. Here are a few of my favorites!

Here are some kind words from Joanne + James about their experience with me.
“We are so grateful to have been introduced to Miranda through a friend of ours a couple years ago. We cannot imagine having had anyone else shoot our engagement and wedding photos! Miranda is truly one of a kind! Not only is she a kind and patient individual, she is one amazing photographer and her love for what she does shines through in the work that she produces. From the moment we met Miranda for coffee, to our engagement shoot and then the weeks and days leading up to wedding, she was in constant communication with us and made us feel incredibly special. We were married a little over two weeks ago and we already have all of our photos! She really is amazing! Miranda captured every single moment that we could have wanted that day. Our photos are perfect! We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you Miranda and second shooter Lisa for an absolutely incredible experience! Miranda, we would recommend you to anyone and everyone! Thank you for all that you did for us!”
Thanks for stopping by. Be sure to leave some love below for James + Joanne!
