Summer 2014 Recap

This summer was definitely one worth remembering. Every weekend was packed with goodness, between relaxing, gardening, spending it in the mountains, camping or photography- it was awesome! I just wanted to go ahead and share a little bit from my summer. With all the snow outside, its warmed me up looking back to photos from the summer. As most of you know, we usually go to Phoenix for 2 weeks every summer. This year we changed it up, we packed up the trailer and booked a campsite in Whitefish, Montana. I think thats one of the best decisions we made all summer. It was both Darcy and my first times being down to Whitefish and definitely won’t be our last time. We explored the shopping in Kalispel, Glacier National Park’s amazing views and tubing on Whitefish Lake. For those of you who have never been, you totally should!

I bought a few new camera lenses, so of course pictures of the moon + camp fires were necessary.. Oh yeah, we had ALOT of camp fires… Which means ALOT of smokes….

We also got some pretty cool new neighbors for the summer. By neighbors I mean cows. Yup, for those of you who have never been around cows – there actually pretty awesome animals. One of my favorites. Obviously my moms too…

I also randomly brought home 2 black kittens. That went over well…. Actually not really. It took some convincing but their now welcome in our household. Meet Milo + Dixie. Of course, being crazy kittens I don’t have a picture of both Dixie + Milo together that is even in focus. Pretty cute hey?

And here are some random iPhone pictures I have from the summer. Everywhere from archery, to gardening, to wine nights, tubbing, shania twain + stampede!

I love the fact that my job also allows me to document my life. One of my favorite things to do is look through old photos. Seeing how much you’ve changed and remembering all the memories you’ve made! I’d love to see some photos from your 2014 summer.
