So much excitement in one post!

Have you ever had one of those weeks where you have so many things to look forward too? Yaaa… thats me this week!

Who: I am shooting my first wedding EVER on Saturday afternoon. I was so lucky to have been blessed with an easy going bride who is up for anything! It is going to be a casual wedding, I am just strictly shooting their wedding photos, as they are not having a photographer at the ceremony. It is going to be very small, short and sweet. My bride just sent me a link to her pinterest board and her ideas are out of this world. I am sooooo excited for this weekend!! Of course – I will post my favorites.

What: I am heading to the camera store today to make a BIG purchase. Something I have been saving up for the past 6 months. I am going to splurge and buy my dream lens. The 24-70mm 2.8 portrait lens that is a wide angle lens but also a medium telephoto. Obviously going to go try it out this afternoon after I get it – if of course it isn’t blizzarding as bad as they say it is supposed too. (fingers crossed for snow though – I LOVE WINTER!)

Where: Some serious perogie making is going to be happening at my house today. The past couple years my mom and her friend have decided to make perogies and it is going down today! I haven’t been home the last couple of years so I am anxious to see how they make them and of course to taste test them later on. Maybe I will take a couple frames during the process and post later!

When: This coming Friday, my sister-in-law (well pretty much) and I both have the day off work. And conveniently there is the Annual Christmas market out in Millarville. We are going to take in all the christmas festivities (pictures with Santa, hay rides, roasted chestnuts & hot chocolate). Most of you who know me, know that I am an absolute Christmas lover. I love everything from buy, to baking, to cooking, to decorating, to entertaining! It is by far my favorite holiday. I just love spending it with my favorite people. And Novemeber 8th is NOT to early, anytime after Halloween is okay to start decorating and celebrating. 😉

Why:  Yesterday I had the day off work, I woke up early on my day off to go out and photograph the amazing sun rise – WHY? Because I love photography and it is so much better than sleeping. There are a couple images that I took below.
