I have been sitting here for over an hour trying to write, I have so much to say yet I can’t find ways to say it. I have typed and than erased and than typed again over a dozen times. Its funny how sometimes that happens, there is so much going on in your life that when you take the time to think about it – you don’t know how to say it or what to say. Your mind is going one way, but your going the complete opposite direction. The past two months have been very stressful in our household. I often think my life is passing by me to quickly, working more than a full time job, attempting to start a business from scratch, going to school, trying to make plans for the future, maintaining relationships and a personal life week to week. Sitting down at the end of the day thinking this is all to much. Isn’t life supposed to be relaxing and anti-stressful? Isn’t life supposed to be easy and fun? Isn’t there someone out there that can fix all your problems and questions?
Honestly, no matter how crazy it has been these past few months – I wouldn’t change a thing. I think that the day to day challenges are what make us stronger, they allow us to fight harder for what we want and what we believe in. Just think, 30 more years of hard work and dedication you could be sitting on a beach, touring around Italy, enjoying your second home. At that very moment in time, you will appreciate all the hard work you did for the many years leading up to that moment in time. I have been struggling to wake up early in the morning to pull my butt out of bed, get ready and drive to work but knowing that I am one step closer everyday to my dreams is what keeps me going. I am confident that one day I will be a successful photographer, I will be the best wife I can be, I will be as great of a mom as I have, I will have the dream house I have always wanted and be able to retire when I am ready. I truly think that if you think you can, than you will. What do you want to do that you never thought you could? Till than, all I have is pretty pictures to remind me that paradise is waiting for me!
Here’s one of my favorite images from our trip to Idaho to help you get through the rest of your evening!
